\nPrivate insurances are mandated to cover aba services however they do not cover developmental disabilities at this time.<\/p>\n

Benefits will be checked before services start.\u00a0 <\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Can I use my NDIS funding to cover services (AUS)?”][vc_column_text]Yes, you can, reach out to admin.aus@familyappliedbehavioral.com<\/a> to discuss your individualized plan specifics.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Which documents do I need to request services (USA)? “][vc_column_text]A diagnostic report, an updated aba prescription\/referral, copy of insurance card(s).[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”What does the intake process look like?”][vc_column_text]Once we have a team ready to work with your child, a member of our team will reach out to you to set up an intake assessment. After the intake assessment has been completed, the behavior analyst will take between 2-4 weeks to generate a report and build a comprehensive Behavior Support Plan (BSP) that fits your child\u2019s needs. The BSP is then submitted to the insurance company for approval and authorization of therapy hours.<\/p>\n

For self-pay clients, the process follows the same guidelines except for the submission of approval to the insurance company.[\/vc_column_text][\/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How long do services last?”][vc_column_text]The number of services provided are based on an individual basis. Insurance companies will authorize treatment for time periods of 3, 6, 12 months at a time. A new plan update will need to be submitted for continuation of services as needed.<\/p>\n
